These are notes on the First Issue Anniversaries series of pages.

• This all started with my finding a Nicaraguan miniature sheet for the centenary of their first stamp issue. I had assembled a few stamp on stamp anniversary issues along the way with the First Issues collection and the find sowed the seed for a more formal and organised look.
• My next good find was the PostBeeld stamp sales website which has SoS as a topic and many FIs available. I bought my first few in early April 2010 and have added them to the web site today, 27th April.
