Table 32

Notes:
32.1 Australia is listed as 1902, although only the Post Due was issued in that year - the first stamp was issued in 1913.
32.2 For Australian Officials, Scott lists those perforated "OS", issued from 1913 until 1930 as Sc-OA1 through Sc-OCC1 and then those overprinted "OS" from 1931 onwards as Sc-O1 etc. Gibbons Simplified just begins in 1931 with overprints but on a different stamp. Further research required.
32.3 Magdalena - although listed in Mackay and indexed in Scott, my 2004 Classic states that "Items inscribed 'No hay estampillas' (No stamps available) are considered by specialists to be not postage stamps but receipt labels." No stamps are listed for Magdalena.
32.4 Cauca - Scott provides a few illustrations and notes "Stamps of these designs were issued by  provincial post between 1879 (?) and 1890, but no stamp details are listed. Gibbons Simplified, by contrast, shows a stamp not illustrated in Scott and two catalogue entries, SG2 and 3.
32.5 French Somali Coast (FSC) - some confusion here. Gibbons lists French Somali Coast stamps from 1902 to 1967 (continuing the numbering sequentially from Djibouti) and then refers to the French Territory of the Afars and Issas  from 1967 onwards. Scott has no listing for the FSC, but under Afars and Issas refers back to the Somali Coast, but the latter begins in 1894 and has already been covered under Djibouti. I have listed the stamps from Gibbons and tried to tie these up with Scott's illustrations.
32.6 Scott suggests that the 1941 airmail was not issued in the colony, thus the 1947 offering, FSC's first home-grown airmail. Incidentally, I could not find any commemorative from the colony alone - just type of issues.
32.7 Local stamps were issued for the port of Carupano (near Trinidad) issued  5 provisionals in 1902, being affected by the blockade of Guaira by GB, Germany and Italy who were seeking compensation for revolutionary damages.

Table 33

Notes:
33.1 East Africa and Uganda - Scott distinguishes between watermark and paper variations. Gibbons Simplified does not, and neither do I.
33.2 Canal Zone began in 1904 with overprints of Panamanian stamps (Sc1 - Sc69, SG), and USA overprints from 1924 (Sc70 - Sc104, SG). The first real  Canal Zone stamp was the 1928: Scott dates both Sc105 and Sc106 as 1928, but Gibbons Part 22, USA dates  the 1 cent green (Sc105 SG107) as 3rd October 1928 and the 2 cents carmine (Sc106 SG108) as 1st October.
33.3 For Canal Zone's first airmail, again Gibbons gives precise dates of issue, and so it is Sc-C3 (11th Jan 1929) rather than C1 (1st April).
33.4 The reason for completing Canal Zone's listing early is to allow the inclusion of the only stamp I know with a Blackburn connection (my surname), the 50 c mauve. It was also surcharged 10 cents as an airmail, SC-C4 SG124 and overprinted for an Official Sc-O7.
33.5 Barely noticeable within St. Kitts-Nevis and rarely illustrated because they are common design types, the 1935 Silver Jubilee and 1937 Coronation Issues were both inscribed ST. CHRISTOPHER AND NEVIS.
