Notes:
64.1 Venda (1979), Ciskei (1981), Bophuthatswana and Transkei (1977 - previous page) are three entities ("black homelands" or tribal areas) constructed from the territory of South Africa in the 1970s. Gibbons recognises the stamps but I think Scott does not. They were absorbed back into South Africa in 1994.
64.2 Gibbons lists Kampuchea separately from Cambodia, but numbers sequentially, Scott lists them all under Cambodia.
64.3 Scott states it succinctly, "Nevis stamps were discontinued in 1890 and replaced by those of the Leeward Islands. From 1903 to 1956, stamps of St. Kitts-Nevis and Leeward Islands were used concurrently. From 1956 to 1980 stamps of St. Kitts-Nevis were used. While still a part of St. Kitts-Nevis, Nevis started issuing stamps in 1980."
64.4 Redonda is a dependency of Antigua. According to Gibbons Simplifies 2004, it is currently uninhabited, but stamps were prepared in anticipation of tourist development. I cannot find them in Scott.
