Notes
1. For Macedonia, Independent Republic, Gibbons starts with a 1991
Obligatory Tax Independence stamp. In fact the first 17 Macedonian stamps
involve obligatory tax and I suspect these are categorised separately by Scott,
making Sc#1 = SG18.
2. For Memel, Gibbons starts with a series of French overprints,
Sg1-16 before listing the German o/ps.
3. For Morocco, Scott lists and numbers the Northern Zone
separately. Gibbons lists them as subsections under Morocco and numbers them
sequentially.
